flowers.kotsaki.gr is an online flower shop,located at L. Layriou 35 ,Kantza Paianias. Main and primary concern of our company is the disclosure of the terms governing the rights and obligations of flowers.kotsaki.gr for all you site visitors and which is designed to inform you of your rights and obligations and your convenience to search and purchase products from the store.

Safety

flowers.kotsaki.gr uses protocol SSL, encrypted 128-bit, for secure online transactions . In this way encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number , name and address, so that it can not be read or changed during transport to the Internet. Products

All products are available for local delivery only. Flowers.kotsaki.gr will try to deliver flower arrangements as shown on the website, but at times it is practically not possible to replicate the same due to the nature of the flowers and seasonal constraints. Since flowers are not available in all seasons we will substitute that particular flower with the flower of same or higher value. For instance, if you have ordered an arrangement of lilies and tulips and the lilies are not available at that particular time, we will substitute lilies with either anthuriums or roses or whichever other flower is available and is of the same or higher value. The design of the arrangements will remain the same.

Alcohol

All alcoholic products offered for sale by flowers.kotsaki.gr are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years and are not available for delivery to persons under the age of 18.

Prices

Prices listed within our website are valid for a maximum of 21 days from the day of ordering.However,prices are subject to change during peak trading periods.

Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate set by State.

Delivery  charge is not included in product price.

Payment

During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

We accept payment via credit/ debit/ prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners), Paypal and Bank transfer to our account.

By clicking on the ‘check out’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions . Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order form is submitted. However, please note that unless otherwise advised, an order will not be accepted and processed unless payment in full is received. When payment is effected, the order is considered as accepted and you will be notified accordingly and issued with a receipt.

Delivery

flowers.kotsaki.gr  delivers with company owned distribution vans ,all deliveries carried out by experienced staff, throughout Athens, seven days a week from 9 am to 9 pm unless other specific arrangement.We contact each recipient by phone prior to delivery to ensure his presence. To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Cancellation

Orders may be amended or canceled up to 3 working days before the intended delivery date.

Refund Policy

In circumstances other than those mentioned in the general terms and conditions, a refund will be given when claimed within 24hrs of the delivery or non-delivery.

If a customer is not satisfied with the products received or wants to return an item, we will provide a replacement according to your requirements but only if the original item or product is returned to us. A 100% money refund will be given if a replacement item or product is not required.

Cookies

Like most sites on the internet, flowers.kotsaki.gr cookies are used to access certain information whenever you browse to a web browser in our shop. Without the use of cookies would be impossible to provide essential services such as order status, personal settings , storing items in the cart or in your reminder list between two visits etc. Cookies are alphanumeric files transferred to the hard disk of your computer through the internet so as to offer you services such as those mentioned above. All transactions made through flowers.kotsaki.gr are governed by international and European law that regulates issues relating to e-commerce as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates on remote sales.
